Bobby has over 18 Years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he owned and operated a small hotel and fine dining restaurant on the tropical Island of Bimini, Bahamas. Bobby has a creative side to food and night life that brings out a passion in his presentation and taste. He is a great Patriarch to the team of Social On 6.
A certified chef with the American Culinary Federation since 2010 with 40 years experience in the hotel restaurant industry. Classically Trained chef in Italian & French cuisine certified in meat butchering, fish filleting & vegetable cookery. Work experience includes: MGM Las Vegas Nevada, Ameristar Hotel casino Kansas City MO., Choctaw Casino Durant OK., Jackpot Junction Casino Morton MN.
